While Capitol Court's population is mainly international, there are several Americans living in Capitol Court who are more than willing to practice English with the students and offer help where and when they can.

International Student Housing
Capitol Court is international student housing provided all year round in the heart of Omaha, Nebraska. It is a privately-owned, two-story, 129 unit residential building that over 115 students from about 34 countries call home.
Capitol Court has been called the "United Nations of the Midwest" because of the many different countries represented in the building. It is not new or luxurious, but the cost, convenience and excellent location have made it a very popular place for international
students to live .
